I am so grateful to Eden Parking. Recently was a mix up with our booking and we were not appearing in their system when I called to say we were 30 minutes from Heathrow. Tariq was so professional and was there when we arrived smiling and welcoming us even though it was very last minute for him. We always feel we are in good hands in leaving our car with them. We would not consider using anyone else!
Eden Parking were our saviours. We arrived at the Meet and Greet car parking area in LHR T5, to find that our providers had evaporated. We had booked Indigo Parking via Compare Your Parking, and no-one we could contact would help us. After becoming increasingly anxious - given that our flight left in a short while - a very helpful gentleman from Eden Parking rescued us and allowed us to book two weeks of parking on the spot. From then on, everything was fine. On our return, our car was waiting for us, with a friendly greeting from the man from Eden Parking.
