This was the 3rd time of using Eden Parking. Their communications and instructions are always clear and concise, they are extremely responsive to phone calls. They are very understanding if you make a mistake, either on the actual booking or when you arrive at the airport and will work with you to rectify it. It is a very convenient location to drop off and pick up, no queuing for ticket payment, and no waiting around. All the members of staff that we have met have been super friendly, it is a pleasure to do business with them.
I’ve used Eden Parking a few times now and found them true their word. They always turn up on time (unlike others I have used) , they are polite and courteous. They take the stress out of parking when you need to focus on your travel arrangements. I will continue to use them in future as and when I need to
Excellent service. Phone call evening before to check details, then again in the morning. Guy was there waiting for us. Called on our return to check we had landed, nice touch he said "welcome home". Only had to wait a couple of minutes for car to be delivered back. Would absolutely recommend this company. Friendly, efficient and great communication.
Used Eden parking for the first time when skiing over new year. I accidentally forgot to phone them when 20 minutes away and phoned when i had parked but we sorted out and the guy who picked up my car was very polite and helpful.\nI phone when we landed and then after luggage and my car was waiting for me where we agreed. I had paid extra to have my car cleaned and it was well worth it. Will definitely reuse again and have no hesitation in recommending.
I have received an excellent service on two separate occasions and will certainly use them again. My driver double checked my return time and helped me realise I had not booked the correct day! He got my luggage out of the car for me and did the same on the return. I have found them to be friendly and professional. I would recommend them.
I have used Eden Parking multiple times after having tried different meet and greet LHR operators.\nEden are brilliant. They are there within minutes of dropping off and collecting the car - so different to many of the others. What I especially like is that it is the same gentleman each time, and he is so polite and so keen to do all that he can do to ensure that everything runs smoothly, and to promote the business.\nI would give these guys 10/10 every time!!!
we used this service as we booked late. It all went exactly to plan. The only problem we encountered was that the website had a payment problem when booking so we had to pay on arrival. The booking had also ended up in our junk file. We will use this service again for Heathrow.
We were 20 mins late arriving at Heathrow and the driver had other cars to collect but he waited for us nonetheless. Unbeknown to him, we were on a tight schedule and travelling to a funeral, so his waiting avoided further upset and was appreciated more than he will know. On our return, the car was with us in the 15 minutes stated. I can ask for no more and will certainly use Eden again.
We have used Eden Parking over the past five years when flying out of Heathrow utilising their Valet Parking.\nWith no doubt they have proved reliable, courteous, amazingly helpful and supportive on every occasion.\nWe have had flight complications, difficulties with Extinction activists and their assistance and ability to adjust has been outstanding. I sincerely hope that if you chose Eden Parking that you experience the same personalised quality service that we have.
Fantastic service, even though we were late getting to the terminal to depart they were still patient and understanding\n, when we arrived bact to the UK the driver was very polite and the car was there waiting for me, will definitely use these guys again and a competitive price.
We've done two bookings with Eden Parking recently (January and April 2019) and each time we were absolutely thrilled by the service. Eden Parking beats by a large margin any other meet & greet parking service we've ever used. Top quality service, punctuality and, above all, gentle and polite manner of its staff we found absolutely unrivaled. Strongest possible recommendation.
I've used them twice so far for long holidays at Heathrow. They have good prices, better than any other parking, plus they offer meet and greet for price that anyone else offers drop off in their parking.\n\nBoth times worked great. They called me even before I called them to arrive. And also when returning, they called me before I got out with the bags. They arrived on time all times. Quick handover, no issues.
I used Eden parking for a Heathrow departure - meet and greet.\nThe reviews were quite favourable and the price competitive so I booked with them.\nHowever I am concerned that Eden are not following their service description and as a result you as a customer are not able to ensure your car is returned in the same condition it was handed over.\nWhen we called to say we were approaching Heathrow we were directed to go to the departure drop off pint rather than the short stay car park. Here we had to wait over 10 minutes for the driver to arrive and I was very conscious that we should not be here for that amount of time and there are notices warning of potential fines. When the driver arrived he said not to worry about the fines and there was a rushed handover where he took any photos of the car due to the need to hurry.\nWhen we arrived back at heathrow we called the service number and again we were directed to the drop off area of departures. We waited a short time and then the car arrived, the driver arrived and said, "welcome back to the UK" handed me my key and walked off into the crowd. No handover, no opportunity to check the car over.\nNow, I have to say there was no damage to the car, although the mileage seemed a bit high at 30 additional to drop off but this service is not as advertised.\nEden parking seem to by both saving money by not collecting and delivering the cars to the promised areas and at the same time making it virtually impossible to check your car over as the representative virtually runs away.\nThere is also the worry over Heathrow fining you for illegally parking and I'm sure Eden will be hard to get compensation out off for the fine.\nI can't in all honesty recommend them as a result of these concerns. unless they do what they say will do as advertised in the contract.
Excellent service would highly recommend, very curtious and helpful on phone, representative waiting for us on arrival at airport and dropped us at hotel as flight the following morning. Delivered car back to us within minutes of us getting to pick up point, could not have been easier.
Eden Parking could not be any more helpful, I arrived early for my booking and they were so helpful to get me in quicker and then I needed the car delivering back to a hotel rather than delivering to the airport arrivals and they sorted all that for me. They are a professional company who really know how to look after their customers. They are very reasonably priced compared to their competitors and deliver a far better service. We travel a lot and would not use any other company than Eden Parking. Definitely recommend!!!
Great service when booking, changing the booking,\nbeing met at the airport both when dropping\nand collecting the car. Cannot praise this company\nenough, everything just flowed, I chose them for\nthe reviews online, totally agree with the\nrecommendations and happily add my name to the list.
I have used valet parking services for years, however as they have grown in popularity the number of providers has also, and the levels of service are extremely variable. Having discovered Eden Parking the pricing is great and the service consistently fantastic. Thank you Eden and Tariq
I have used Eden parking various times and ha e referred them to many of my friends. Tariq was very friendly and arrived on time to drop my car off.\nWhen travelling g from Heathrow I will always use this service .. wish you would be up and running at Stansted soon too.\nThanks
Very pleased with the service provided. We unfortunately had dropped the car off at the short stay car park since the entrance to the valet parking was blocked by the police. Eden didn't make a fuss about this, they come straight up and collected the cars from where we were. On arrival in the baggage area we called and they confirmed the cars would be brought round to the valet parking outside the terminal in 10 mins. They were true to their word. Would definitely use them again however looking at some of the other reviews I wonder whether it's dependent on the individual who looks after you. We cannot complain and had first class service all round. Thank you Eden!
I have used the service for consecutive weeks now due to the intensity of work. The service is totally professional operated by very friendly people who go the extra mile to make parking a thing not to worry about. I have arrived early, no problem sir, I have arrived late, no problem sir! The company and staff deserve to get increased custom. I paid the extra for the car wash and was not disappointed. From exiting the departure hall within 5-6 minutes I am driving down the round. The consistency is exemplary, as I fly so regular that is not expected with all services, something BA could learn from.
